衢州截关时间：就是说你在截关时间内要报好关,过了这个时间就不能报了，除非申请延迟截关。

截放行条时间： voucher-release receiving cut off 停止取海关的放行条时间，,要在截放行条前交放行条给船公司,这样,你的柜才能上船.
