不知道这个是怎么操作的，如果是提单交由银行客户付款单的话就有点像信用证的操作方式了

如果是信用证的话倒是没什么问题，注意操作就好了

方法倒是可行，但是作为本人来说是不会接受这种付款方式的

货到客户那边，有任何的小问题都有可能扣你10%的款

简单来说，货到客户手里了，剩下那10%他付跟不付完全看他意愿
