3.Import License and RCEP Preference Application

The import license for food machinery is determined according to its HS code.In 2026,automatic import license has been canceled for most ordinary food machinery,while equipment with automatic control system still requires the import license for mechanical and electrical products.If the equipment contains an independent software system,the software import fee shall be declared separately to avoid being included in the dutiable value.
