I am from a small and medium-sized factory exporting outdoor camping equipment in the Yangtze River Delta region. In the first half of this year, we just reached a long-term cooperation with a customer from the EU, with the first order amounting to RMB 2.1 million.
The customer explicitly requires settlement by irrevocable sight LC. All our previous export orders were settled via T/T prepayment. We have neither the qualification for LC operation nor dedicated document staff to review clauses.
